On Thursday, October 2, 2025  parents received an email about the Safety and Violence Education Students Act. The email discusses the lessons that, under this legislation, all students must receive each year. 

Lessons include Speak Up (Child Abuse Prevention - 6th grade only), Erika's Lighthouse (Suicide Prevention & Depression Awarenss - all students) and Say Something (School Violence Prevention - all students).
