2026 - 2027 INCOMING 7TH GRADERS

All incoming 7th graders for 2026 - 2027 school year (if you have NOT  already had one) MUST have an ADDITIONAL Tdap NEW 2016 – 2017 school year is MCV4  (Meningococcal). You may call the Union County Health Dept. @ 937-645-2058 to schedule an  appointment, or through your family doctor. Proof must be sent in by Friday, September 4, 2026, and come from a Dr. office.
